Allgodão White


Description: Clear color with green shades, elegant aroma with citrus and flowers of the field notes. Great freshness, with fresh fruit, mineral, delicated floral aromas, citrus acidity and an excelent balance.



Allgodão Tinto


Winemaking: : Manual harvesting for small boxes. Totally destemmed were transported to stainless steel vats where fermentation occurred with temperature control at 26 ° C. Partial stage in used French oak barrels.



White


Wine description: Light yellow with tinges of lemon. A scent of lemon grass, apples and hay flowers. Regarding the taste, a very balanced wine with a remarkable freshness and minerality, grapefruit with notes of smoked lemon peel. Serving temperature: 8°C to 10°C. It fits with salads, pasta, grilled meat and fish, or simply as an aperitif.

Rosé


Wine description: Clear in color, between strawberry and pomegranate. On the nose, intense aromas of red fruits. In the mouth, the flavour of small wild strawberries and raspberries. A touch of pomegranate seeds. A very mineral wine with excellent acidity. Long and elegant finish. Serving temperature: 8°C to 10°C. It fits well with pasta, grilled meat and fish, or simply as an aperitif.





ALLGO Red


Winemaking: : From our oldest vines the best grapes were chosen. The destemmed grapes were transported in an open stainless steel tanks. It was fermented under controlled temperature and matured in French oak barrels.

FLORDALLGO Red


Winemaking: The grapes were harvested by hand, completely destemmed and fermented in traditional open stainless steel tanks. The fermentation was partially carried out with a controlled temperature of around 26 ° C. Aged in used French and American oak barrels.
